💬 Who I Am

My name is Abdul Sami, a passionate and dedicated IT professional from Sialkot, Pakistan. I specialize in everything from basic system setup to advanced cloud integration, with a hands-on approach to learning and delivering technology solutions that work in real-world environments.

I have practical experience in installing and troubleshooting Windows operating systems, configuring user environments, resolving boot issues, handling driver problems, and ensuring system stability. My day-to-day work includes solving common computer issues that others find complex — such as software crashes, network disconnections, system slowdowns, and permission errors.

Beyond operating systems, I am proficient in Microsoft Office tools — including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint — for creating reports, managing data, and preparing presentations. I also have basic command-line experience with Linux systems, and I continue to learn shell environments and terminal-based workflows.

But my core strength lies in networking and server management. I have installed and configured Windows Server 2022, enabled DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory, and connected the entire infrastructure to Microsoft Azure using tools like Azure Arc and Azure Monitor. I have worked with switches, routers, and cabling, resolving IP conflicts, managing permissions, and ensuring uptime in a controlled lab environment.

My goal is to build smarter, faster, and secure systems — whether on-premise or in the cloud — and keep expanding my expertise in Storage Area Networks (SAN), Microsoft Server technologies, and hybrid cloud infrastructure
